PA2Health does not take responsibility for illness incurred through food allergies. Recipes are developed for overall good health and do not take into account food allergies. People affected by certain ingredients such as nuts, soy, gluten and eggs must pay particular attention to the recipes and avoid any ingredients they may be allergic to.
If you have any injuries or health concerns, please seek advice from your GP prior to completing our exercise, mindfulness, sleep and yoga therapy sessions.
Please note that the psychology strategies included in the PA2Health program are not designed as a treatment for a mental health problem or illness, or as a replacement for psychiatric or psychological intervention.
All instructions in each part of the program are given only as a guide. Please accept full responsibility for yourself throughout the program and when participating in any pre-recorded exercise classes, live presentations or audio guidance.
